I’m Cecilia Van Ness, a Metro Atlanta REALTOR® who believes real estate should feel personal, informed and manageable—not overwhelming.
My experience spans home purchases, sales, investments and relocations, and my background in law naturally shaped the way I approach contracts, negotiation and the details that can make a meaningful difference. But experience only goes so far if you aren’t listening to the person in front of you.
My job is to give you honest advice, explain your options clearly and stay close to the details from the first conversation through the closing table. No pressure. No guessing. Just a thoughtful plan and someone in your corner.
